Chili Lime Caesar Dressing
Chili powder and lime juice crank up the flavor on this easy yogurt-based take on a creamy Caesar dressing.

Ingredients

plain Greek yogurt
any % you like

grated Parmesan cheese

Dijon mustard

½ to 1 teaspoon depending on size

anchovy paste
substitute 3 anchovy filets

chili powder
juice of one lime
about 2 tablespoons

milk

to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients, except for the milk, to a bowl and stir to combine.
Stir in the milk a bit at a time until you reach your perfect drizzly dressing consistency.
Notes
Given the saltiness of the anchovy paste and Parmesan, ⅛ of salt was plenty for me. Feel free to add a bit more to taste if needed.
